Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original Amen Artisan packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
